Background

Ted has three decades of experience in customer service, sales, management, administration, and finance. Each of these areas uniquely combine to be one of your greatest assets in your sale or purchase.

His experience has been with various major national and local retailers in multiple areas, including sales, customer service, merchandising, payroll, finance, operations, and management. He then successfully applied these skills, while gaining new ones, to the community college system. Ted has a decade working in college business and finance, records, budgets, grant and contract negotiation, management, and administration. 

This wealth of diverse experience and skill sets is a natural fit to real estate, and will give you the edge in our increasingly complicated and complex real estate market.

Giving back

Ted doesn't just work in the area, he also believes in being a part of it. He has a a strong philosophy of giving back to the community in which he lives. Besides participating in the annual Windermere Community Service day, he also donates a portion of every transaction to the Windermere Foundation. The Foundation provided over 1.6 million dollars in 2014 towards community-based programs in the way of scholarships, youth & child programs, job training, shelter, and emergency assistance. He has also been active in neighborhood projects, school volunteering and fundraising, and advocating for foster children and foster parenting.
